What you buy

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Credits do not expire. The current catalog for this site is:

• $4.99 for 10 credits
• $9.99 for 30 credits
• $19.99 for 20 credits

The generator shows the credit charge before you submit a video. Charges depend on the scene's selected options; pack credits are not a guarantee of a fixed number of videos at every specification. A free still preview is illustrative and can differ from the finished video.

Failed, blocked and timed-out tasks

If a paid task fails, is blocked at any moderation stage or times out, its deducted credits are returned automatically to your account once. This is a credit return, not a new bank-card refund. Submitting another generation, including a remake, is a new paid task. A successfully delivered video that you dislike does not qualify for a discretionary credit return or cash refund solely because of dissatisfaction.

Unused pack credits within 14 days

Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a proportional refund of the unused portion of that pack. The default calculation is the amount paid for the pack multiplied by its unused purchased credits divided by its original purchased credits. Credits already consumed by successful tasks are excluded; credits restored after failure count as unused when still available. Free or promotional credits have no cash refund value.

Contact support@crazyfrog-ai.com with your account email and order number. Support will verify payment, the purchase date and credit history, and remove the refunded unused credits to avoid double use. Cash-refund requests are handled by support; response times may vary. Approved cash refunds use the original payment channel where possible; payment processing time depends on the provider. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over this policy.

Storage and providers

Input photos are kept for 30 days before becoming eligible for deletion. Removal is performed periodically.

Finished videos are kept indefinitely while the service remains available, subject to deletion requests and legal obligations.

Our service providers and AI models: standard videos — Seedance 2.0 Mini and HD pack videos — Seedance 2.5, both ByteDance models used through the kie.ai API; backup for standard videos when that route cannot take a job — Grok Imagine Video 1.5 (xAI), used through a third-party API relay, not directly from xAI; free still previews — Google Nano Banana Edit, through the kie.ai API; content checks — OpenAI moderation model; payments — Waffo as merchant of record, once checkout opens; storage — Cloudflare R2.

Download your result while available. Retention limits do not create a new refund entitlement for a successful task. For duplicate charges or a payment with missing credits, contact support with the order number so we can investigate.
