What we collect and why
Frog Race AI uses account details, uploaded photos, selected scenes and video settings to provide previews and videos. We keep generation status, moderation summaries, credit transactions and payment references to deliver results, restore failed credits and investigate abuse. Payment processors handle card details; we do not store full card numbers.
Photos are compressed in your browser before upload. A local browser draft may temporarily hold your selected photos so you can return from sign-in or payment. Shared-device users should clear the draft and browser site data when finished. Your uploaded photos are stored separately from the moderation summary; saying that we keep a moderation conclusion does not mean we never store your source photo.
Photos and finished videos
Input photos are kept for 30 days before becoming eligible for deletion. Removal is performed periodically.
Finished videos are kept indefinitely while the service remains available, subject to deletion requests and legal obligations.
We use uploaded photos as references, or use a preview as a first frame when the selected scene requires it. Request data and generated media are sent to the providers needed for these tasks. This service does not use your photos to train its own models. Provider processing and retention are subject to their own terms; we do not promise that third-party copies disappear when our storage is cleaned.
Content checks
Checks take place at three stages: the uploaded photo, the generated preview, and the finished video using its available cover image. When a finished video has no usable cover, we record reliance on the generation provider's built-in filtering rather than claiming we examined every video frame. If a required check is temporarily unavailable, we pause generation. We store moderation labels and conclusions with the task.
Service providers
When abuse prevention is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes the device and network signals needed for verification. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Our service providers and AI models: standard videos — Seedance 2.0 Mini and HD pack videos — Seedance 2.5, both ByteDance models used through the kie.ai API; backup for standard videos when that route cannot take a job — Grok Imagine Video 1.5 (xAI), used through a third-party API relay, not directly from xAI; free still previews — Google Nano Banana Edit, through the kie.ai API; content checks — OpenAI moderation model; payments — Waffo as merchant of record, once checkout opens; storage — Cloudflare R2.
Providers receive only information needed for the operation, such as photos for generation or moderation and purchase information for payment. Processing may occur in other countries. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell your photos.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
Essential cookies support sign-in, language and preferences. Optional analytics, advertising or customer support tools process data according to the choices and disclosures shown with those tools. When the cookie consent banner is enabled, you can reject optional analytics and advertising or change your choice through Cookie settings. Clearing a cookie does not delete your account or stored photos.
Access, deletion and security
Contact support@crazyfrog-ai.com to request access, correction or deletion. Account, purchase and credit records may need to remain for legal, security or accounting reasons. We use access controls and secure transport, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Download a personal copy of any media you need to keep.
