Who and what you may upload

Upload only photos of adults that you own or are authorized to use, and only with the consent of every person shown. Do not upload photos of minors, public figures or celebrities, photos obtained without permission, or photos meant to deceive. You remain responsible for the rights in your inputs and for how you share the output.

The service makes a short, stylized and fictional clip of the person in your photo riding an invisible moped while a car chases them, ending in a harmless slapstick tumble. It does not depict real events. Do not present the output as real footage.

Prohibited content and uses

You may not use the service to create, request or share:

• Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexualized depictions or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, blood, killing, torture, self-harm, or content that glorifies or incites violence.
• Hate and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people for a protected characteristic, threats, bullying or targeted harassment.
• Child sexual abuse material: any sexualized content involving a minor, in any form.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: using someone's likeness without their consent, impersonating a real person, depicting public figures, or presenting output as real footage to deceive, defraud or imply endorsement.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: logos, brands, copyrighted characters, songs or other third-party material you do not have the rights to use.
• Other illegal or harmful activity: fraud, scams, illegal goods or services, or content that promotes serious harm.

Do not try to bypass the content checks, upload harmful files, probe other accounts or abuse free-preview quotas.

How we check content

An automated moderation model checks every uploaded photo, every generated preview and the cover image of each finished video. A missing cover is recorded as reliance on the model provider's filtering, not a full video review. If a check flags content, the task is blocked and nothing is delivered. If a required check cannot run, live generation pauses. A blocked, failed or timed-out paid task returns the credits charged for that task automatically and once only.

What we do about misuse

When our checks or a report show misuse, a person reviews the case. Depending on how serious it is, we may:

1. Stop delivery and delete the photos, previews and videos involved from our storage.
2. Suspend the account by resetting its sign-in credentials and ending its active sessions, so it can no longer be used.
3. Report child sexual abuse material, and other content the law requires us to report, to the relevant authorities.

Unused purchased credits on a suspended account are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. These steps do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our service providers and AI models: standard videos — Seedance 2.0 Mini and HD pack videos — Seedance 2.5, both ByteDance models used through the kie.ai API; backup for standard videos when that route cannot take a job — Grok Imagine Video 1.5 (xAI), used through a third-party API relay, not directly from xAI; free still previews — Google Nano Banana Edit, through the kie.ai API; content checks — OpenAI moderation model; payments — Waffo as merchant of record, once checkout opens; storage — Cloudflare R2.

Storage and reporting

Input photos are kept for 30 days before becoming eligible for deletion. Removal is performed periodically.

Finished videos are kept indefinitely while the service remains available, subject to deletion requests and legal obligations.

Report harmful content or ask about a blocked task at support@crazyfrog-ai.com. Include the task identifier, without sending someone else's private photo. Enforcement is based on the service's rules and applicable law, not an assurance that every generated frame has been examined.
